Certificates for the Russian Federation
70% of all products exported to Russia require obligatory export certification. These obligatory export certification comes in 5 variants:
- Gost R Certificate of Conformity
- Declaration of Conformity
- TR Technical Regulations Certificate of Conformity
- TR Technical Regulations Customs Union certificate of conformity
- Gost R Ex Proof Certificate of Conformity
- Letter of Refusal
The Russian law determines on the basis of the HS-code, Area of Using and product description which certificate is necessary. In addition, based on this information, we can see if there are other certificates that are required before we can issue export-certificates. The following certificates serve as preliminary process for the export certification:
- Fire Safety certificaat
- Hygienisch certificaat/ State Registration
- Pattern Approval (Metrology certificate)
For hazardous equipment also a sort of nuisance act applies in Russia:
